The hotel was quiet and ideal, and I enjoyed the streets of Tamuning. All staff was superbly friendly and gave some tips about Tamuning. - the room was perfectly clean and huge with a balcony, ideal for me. - the venue's position was central. - Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Tamuning. Rewritten: the hotel was so peaceful and perfect, and I really liked exploring the streets of Tamuning. - Every staff member was incredibly friendly and shared helpful tips about Tamuning. - the room was spotlessly clean and spacious, and having a balcony was just what I needed. - Its central location was convenient for getting around. - Overall, everything was fantastic, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in Tamuning.

Surprisingly good hotel. Booked this as one-nighter as we were between planes.Unable to book our usual 4-5 star as none available on Booked.net.Found out this was because other hotels were booked because of international sporting match and us forces . Despite some mixed reviews on B.-Com. , we wished we had booked a few more nights.Staff were friendly and efficient. Our room safe was replaced with a new one within 15 minutes. The manager, who was serving in the pool bar, was helpful. The evening meal in the windowless restaurant yards from the sea was excellent., As was the small infinity-type pool ; again ,just yards from the beach. We could see the sea, even though our room did not directly face the sea..Even their minibus ride back to the airport was prompt and good value.Would love to stay their again - pity we live so far away.

Parking was always available. The place was quiet and made us feel it's a personal space that you are left to do our relaxation.
There was no room service. The Grill did not do grill anymore. The food could use a lot of improvement.

There is only one staff at the front desk and no bell boy. The room smelled, the carpet was dirty, and the bathroom tiles didn't look too clean either. The TV was very small with very poor reception. There was a band playing at the next door hotel and could hear them until past midnight. I had booked the hotel because it said it was very close to the airport. The cab fare to the aiport was $20 which is not much less than the hotels in the strip.

This hotel is situated on Agana bay. The snorkeling was terrible. The best snorkeling is at Tumon bay.
No ice machine. It is unbelieveable that a hotel on Guam would not have an ice machine. I was pestered when I went behind the bar to get a small bucket of ice. The front desk said that ice is available from the bar. Very rude service. Also, the AC went out for half the hotel. It was finally fixed after 10 hours. Get an ice machine!!!

IThe staff was very friendly and accommodating.
It would be helpful to have a car while staying here. Not much to walk to, and taxis in Guam are very expensive.
